The merger firmly establishes the new organization, now known as LexisNexis Butterworths Wadhwa Nagpur, as the leader of legal information solutions in India. The new company is headquartered in New Delhi.

LexisNexis Butterworths Wadhwa Nagpur brings together two recognized, premier legal publishers, offering widely used and respected products such as Halsbury’s Laws of India and (the) Mulla series, Ramaiya’s Guide to the Companies Act, Tannan Banking Law & Practice in India, Chaturvedi & Pithisaria on Income Tax Law, Ratanlal & Dhirajlal series on The Indian Penal Code, The Criminal Procedure Code, The Tax Law of Evidence (Criminal Major Acts) and The Advanced Law Lexicon. The company also offers global information solutions, including integrated business information tools, content, software and services that enable customers to increase productivity and performance.
